What's for Dinner?
These six new (stunning!) cookbooks will help you find the answer.
There have been some good things cooking in our kitchens lately.
Take that of PrimaFoodie’s editorial director. She’s been whipping up Tuna Acqua Pazza from London-based recipe developer Ben Lippett. Picture this: Perfectly poached tuna marries in a punchy, herby broth of garlic, white wine, red chilies, tomatoes, and olive oil. The saltiness, brininess, and freshness = perfection.
It’s a delicious dish, and one of many we’re fawning over, all thanks to a roster of incredible new cookbooks.
So, if you’re looking for some fresh inspiration as the season starts to turn, read on. Here are six of our new favorites to reach for.
Each one is as unique and accessible as it is a reason to shop the farmers’ market, get in the kitchen, and gather ‘round the table.
